These fabulous sides are perfect accompaniments to a plant-based entrée, like my Squash Filled with Herbed Quinoa and Cranberries or my Cauliflower Spinach Lasagna. Featuring seasonal winter fruits and vegetables like pomegranate, squash, brussels sprouts, and cranberries, these sides will add pops of color and bursts of flavor to your holiday table.
